All prices are in Euros.
Items will only be shipped out after payment has been received.
All payments are safely processed through PayPal.
DELIVERY
All of our items are made to order, and will be shipped within 3 working days from the day your order, pending payment is received. You will receive your items approximately 1-2 working days after dispatch for France metropolitan area, 2-4 working days for regional and 7-10 working days for international areas. These are estimated timeframes and may be shorter or longer depending on location and season.
We are currently offering a FREE DELIVERY promotion internationally. All items are sent by regular mail.
If you require registered mail with signature, and / or require urgent delivery, this will incur an additional fee. Please email us your requirement prior to placing order and we will work out the best solution and pricing.
Should any international packages be subject to additional customs, duties, and/or other fees, you will be responsible for paying this fee. Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All pieces are handmade to order, due to this no returns or exchanges are accepted. The handmade nature means also that the piece will have imperfections, with minor scratches and marks. They are each unique and will resemble the model, however not perfectly the same. If you have any questions or requests please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Tarnish is a natural process that causes a discoloration on brass, copper, silver and other metals and will occur over time when exposed to perspiration, skin acids and oils, cosmetics and air.
The jewellery will become darker and duller with time, and it is a characteristic that we like due to its raw yet delicate nature.
To restore its shine, clean regularly with a polishing cloth or polishing compound. Take care to avoid contact with cosmetics such as make-up, creams, nail polish removers, and perfume.
